At Honeybee & Fable, every order begins its journey with care — like a little parcel of magic preparing to flutter its way to you. Below is how cancellations work in our tiny corner of the woodland.
⏳ Canceling an Order
We’re happy to help with cancellations within 1 hour of purchase, as long as your order hasn’t begun its packing or shipping journey.
Once an order is in fulfillment, it’s already on its way and can no longer be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please reach out right away with your order number and full name so we can check its status.
🌙 Preorders & Special Purchase Options
For preorder items or special purchase options:
- Cancellations are available within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel, as your item may already be in production or reserved especially for you.
💛 Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved:
- Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
- Most refunds appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
📦 If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you’re still welcome to request a return through our 14‑day return window once your parcel arrives safely.
