Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary during holidays, high‑volume periods, or due to unexpected delays.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your local post office. Once a package is marked delivered, we are unable to replace or refund it.
