We want you to love every piece from Honeybee & Fable. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Final‑sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked non‑returnable for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return

Just reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the process. Please wait for return approval before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank but usually take 3–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return an item and place a new order for the one you want.
